Calls are taken immediately and the question or problem is taken, analyzed and acted upon while the caller is on the phone if at all possible. Major changes or problems are taken down with all the details and then researched and resolved as quickly as the situation will allow. Spindlemedia’s approach is to fix what may be causing the problem and not creating a work around that is only a Band aid.
We value our relationship with not only the Assessor/Collector but the staff in the tax office as well.
